Returns & Exchanges

Grads4Good will gladly accept returns/exchanges for items that are in new and resalable condition within 15 days of order receipt. These items must be new in appearance with their packaging fully intact and must meet the requirements of our return policy.

Please Note: We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number. Please include a copy of the sales order or packing slip with your shipment to expedite return handling. Shipping charges are not refundable.


Return Policy:



Exchanges are handled as separate and new transactions. To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Send a photo of your damaged or incorrect items to and one of our team members will promptly work towards sending you a replacement.


Custom Products

We’re sorry, but custom and made to order items, or items bearing any sort of personalization, cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes, but is not limited to: Custom Gowns, Custom Stoles, Diplomas and Personalized Diploma Covers as well as any item advertised as having a longer than standard production time.


Clearance Products

We’re sorry, but clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns that pass inspection will be cleared for a credit in the form of the original payment. The refund will appear on your account or be mailed to you within 30 days of passing inspection. Refunds over $100 will carry a 15% restocking fee.
